Nucleus wins Silver at the 2024 W3 Awards

The Potlatch Club, on the island of Eleuthera in the Bahamas, re-opened to great acclaim in June 2024, following a 7-year restoration to recreate its former glory and more, having previously been an exclusive retreat for the rich and famous during the 1960s and ‘70s, before falling into disrepair for several decades. The new owners stumbled upon the property on a beach walk in 2016 and, after agreeing to buy it a year later, started a painstaking 7-year restoration project.

Nucleus was appointed in 2023 to advise on the brand and digital strategies, designing a refreshed brand and a bespoke website which launched in July 2024, featuring photography and video by acclaimed UK photographer, David Loftus. The design provides a finely-tuned user experience with immersive content to deliver The Potlatch Club’s unique boutique luxury proposition.

Since openong, The Potlatch Club has created a buzz locally and across the world with features in The Financial Times' Travelista column as 'one of 5 new hotels in the world with now factor', Conde Naste Traveler, Luxury Explorer, the Caribbean Journal, TIME magazine, Travel + Leisure and Vogue.
