A new name in technology investment banking

Brief

Nucleus was appointed in November 2014 to work on a new brand solution for the merger of two boutique advisory firms: Centerboard Partners and Go4Venture Advisers.

Solution

We applied our integrated brand naming, design and intellectual property capabilities to create a distinctive new name for the joint entity – registering an international trade mark, and designing the brand identity and mobile-friendly website in a single, seamless process. This allowed us to complete the project with maximum efficiency and within a challenging timescale. The final result delivers a contemporary and authoritative brand, to position the merged business as a significant financial advisory firm in the European tech sector.

Results

The brand – launched in May 2015 – reinforced the merged firms’ heritage of professionalism, expert advice and tech sector knowledge. Silverpeak’s co-founders, Pietro Strada and Jean-Michel Deligny have subsequently grown the business rapidly with offices in London, Paris, Milan, Hamburg, Munich and Berlin.
